(March 27, 2015) – LP Building Products has announced the redesign of its company website, LPCorp.com, including the addition of a sustainability news section and an industry blog as well as an enhanced literature finder tool. Not only does the new website provide an easy-to-navigate organizational structure, but the design is responsive in nature, allowing building professionals to seamlessly view content across devices.
"With our new site, we wanted our customers to be able to find the information they need in as few steps as possible,"said Mike Sims, senior vice president, sales and marketing. "One of the biggest changes is our updated literature finder. Customers can use the search tool for quick, accurate results or browse by product without the need for in-depth menu options. "
LPCorp.com will also now be home to the manufacturer's industry blog, Engineered Wood, as well as sustainability news. Additionally, the redesigned site houses an updated newsroom, making it easy for media to access press releases, videos and product photos.
LP recognized the need for cross-platform compatibility when trying to connect with building professionals. To make this possible the new site was built on a mobile-first coding philosophy, and the responsive design allows the site to translate well across all devices and browsers.

The new layout and updates to the user experience were designed to streamline how quickly visitors can find the information they need. The updated navigation system features menu drop-down options across the top of the page on desktop and an easy-to-use menu system for mobile devices.
