The Business
Pioneer Builders, Inc. is a family-owned business that has been serving the western part of Washington state since 1978. Started by father Tim Uhler, the keys to the business have largely been handed over to sons Bryan and Tim. The brothers work hand-in-hand, with Bryan operating the business while Tim spends his time largely on the jobsite bringing architectural drawings to life. Pleased with the final product, the brothers are currently using LP SmartSide Smooth Trim & Siding on a variety of upcoming builds, including a mid-century modern and modern farmhouse, to accentuate each style's architectural features in a fresh way.
