Jeff Hanesworth began Mountain Standard Homes in Fort Collins, Colorado, in 2016 as a natural career evolution that combined his 26-year construction and real estate background with his deep-rooted interest in home design. Inspired by the surrounding Rocky Mountains, Mountain Standard Homes specializes in modern mountain living with high-end, quality finishes that balance luxury and affordability.

The Little Branch Townhomes are the result of a longstanding partnership between Mountain Standard Homes and local architecture firm Red Pencil.
